- What I like with RSA is there experties in the system we are currently using Specially on Microsoft Dynamics NAV. Specially those Business Consultant they were deployed to us.

- Personalized customer service plus open and constant communication.
- Cons
- Being consultants, their time and availability are understandably not as available. This situation at times compromises the prompt and speedy resolution of problems encountered.
