The Contact Centre Management software which was
in use was facing few technical issues with respect to
the functionalities which were desired to perform like
asynchronous method of queuing calls, integration
issues within system on multiple hardware, software
program and utilities. SO the client wanted
enhancement of the software along with few add -on
Client decided to move the complete assignment on
solution fix, enhancement, ongoing maintenance &
support services to SourceEdge facility at Bangalore.
Client planned to fix issues and enhance new features
on phased manner. SourceEdge assigned a small
team working on exclusive basis for Client and
assisted client in consulting, designing and developing
Contact Centre Management software has not been reviewed by any customers.
