Application Description
Agile Product Management (APM) for Dynamics CRM provides unprecedented transparency between customers and vendors and reduces product risk by ensuring that product management is market-driven and that development is prioritized for maximum customer satisfaction and profit. APM achieves four (4) primary objectives:
1. Aggregate customer feedback (e.g., ideas, enhancements, bugs, etc.) and transforms data into actionable information supported by market evidence;
2. Allow product managers to objectively score and prioritize product requirements (or backlogs) against business criteria (e.g., strategy, stakeholder and profitability alignment etc.);
3. Identify and register user activity in production and track feature adoption, usage, etc.; and
4. Close information and communication loop by reconciling feedback, product decisions and system analytics between customers and product management.
