- Pros
- This product is powerful and yet not resources hungry. It is powerful because it is easily customisable, it is fully integrated between modules, it is a very stable programme and very users friendly. We can customize this product to suit the requirements of our organization. The integration has provided work efficiency between departments and estates. We have been using this product since 2005 and there is no incidence of NAV system failure. The most important is that our users are very comfortable and happy using this system.
- Cons
- We are not quite like the pricing initially though. We did make a thorough comparision with other products. It is quite obvious that pricing is resonable. The value for money spent in this product is worth it.
- Additional Comments
- We are the first organization to ventured into this Agro-Plantation NAV system for our 60,000 hectares of oil palm and tree plantations. This system has made it possible for us to carry out fully integrated, on-line (real-time) data capture and data processing from our plantation estates to our headquarter in Tawau, Sabah, Malaysia. The smooth running of this system has attracted another three big organizations (with size bigger than ours) to begin switching to this system in recent years.
All in all, this Agro-Plantation NAV system is very good. Thanks to CyanSys Sdn Bhd for their excellent support.

- Pros
- Full range of modules to cater for estate's requirement from field staff right up to estate manager and reports to top management. Extensive coverage of the harvesting activities from bunches, average bunch weight to yield per hectare. Useful reports for reconciliation on the check roll, vehicle usage and etc. seamless integration to financial module. Integration possibilities to handheld devices for onfield data capturing, store and so on.

- Some reports take longer time to generate.
- Additional Comments
- Looking forward to integrating the other business like mill, refinery and cattle.
