- I was about to buy another computer because I was tired of paying the Tech 90.00 to fix the same problem over and over. I called the Tech and he suggested Pc-Cleanerpro, the problems were fixed for 29.95 and I get to click my mouse for any recurring problems in the future. I am so happy

PC Cleaner Pro a no good

- the customer service at least responded in some way
- Cons
- PC Cleaner Pro found the same errors over and over, but always said they were fixed. If I tried to run it a 2nd time, then it would crash. My PC started blurting out words at strange times. (PC Cleaner Pro has a voice that tells you when it is done.) I asked for a refund and to stop auto-renewal. Eventually I got the auto-renewal removed, but no response to my request for a refund.
