To ease customers in their movie-going experiences, our customer engaged CHASSAsia to reconsolidate and design a new ticketing system (TicketMAX) from ground-up. TicketMAX is a highly scalable, multi-component solution that serves to meet the various online, ticketing, business support, and reporting functions required by any organization that requires ticketing as one of its primary business functions. TicketMAX encompasses the following suite of components: 1. Online Ticketing Website - Provides a web-based presence to external patrons and end-consumers, allowing them to browse for show information and book tickets online through the Internet. 2. Box Office Point-of-Sales (POS) - Provides a high-performance distributed real-time application which facilitates counter staff in performing front-end ticketing with ease. 3. Site Management Application - Provides site managers with a user-interface utility to control and manage the local sites in terms of various operational needs such as business reporting, system recovery and so forth. 4. Interactive Voice Response System (IVR) - Provides an alternative and supplementary ticketing channel via telephony. 5. Schedule Planner - Provides an easy-to-use interface for internal staff to plan and transmit schedules through the system in real-time. 6. Integrated System Portal - Provides a centralized, web-based application portal to support the various business functions that are required by the organization in its daily operations. CHASSAsia introduced a new dynamic ticketing solution that incorporates the latest technologies from Microsoft. Built with Microsoft SQL Server 2005 and .NET Framework, the new solution provides the availability, scalability and manageability to meet ever growing customer demands. This translates to a faster and pleasant ticketing experience for end-consumers. The new online website is by far the fastest online ticketing system to date in Singapore, allowing customers to book their seats and tickets in three simple steps. The box office system is also re-engineered for maximum performance and ease of use. All these can be configured real-time through a back-end centralized portal.
