Application Description
Project Management for Microsoft Dynamics CRM 2011 allows users of Microsoft Dynamics CRM Online to track and manage projects and activities associated with their existing CRM customer base. Microsoft Dynamics CRM 2011 has been customized within this solution to track overall project progress, percentage completed, and associated CRM activities. Custom plug-ins have been generated which will automatically calculate percentage completed based upon the amount of outstanding activities for a specific CRM Project. As activities are completed, the percent complete is recalculated, saving the time necessary to constantly re-enter the completeness of a specific project.
Projects can be associated with any CRM account or contact and will fit directly into any organization's CRM structure. The application is 100% customizable, and allows users to fully map project management to their specific needs.
