Akvelon Global Preview for Microsoft Dynamics CRM 2011

Pros

ohmigosh...I almost dies when I first started using this phenomenal add-in to CRM 2011. We track and search through tons and tons of emails. Without GP it is frustrating at best and useless at worst to try to use the native search and display tools in CRM for email history. Now, with Global Preview, we have an Outlook-like interface that seems too good to be true. You are going to absolutely LOVE IT if you want to use CRM for tracking, searching and reviewing "quickly" all of your email history.

Pros

The preview tool is very fast-- they have spent a good deal of time making sure it is not heavy or slow. This is a key attribute for a good preview since users may want to just scroll through the list. We could even see our HTML rendered nicely which was a pleasant surprise. The price was right and it was very easy to install.

Cons

Email preview needs an attachment indicator icon for the list view. This was the only negative. We just added an attachment count and used a plugin to get around this.

Pros

easy to use and very helpful app. No need to train users.

Cons

Unfortunately it doesn't support CRM Online. Hoping that Akvelon will solve it soon.
