Pros
The flexibility and ability to customize the application ensures that meeting the complex needs of HR departments no longer reuires multiple applications. If the field is not on the existing screens, just add it. If the type of information the department is looking to track is not there, just add it.
Cons
The Job Opportunities are not liked to specific projects or sales opportunities (out of the box), but it can be customized to do that.

HRM in Microsoft CRM 2011 is Great!

Pros
HR in CRM 2011 is great, we can now track all the data of our employees. We use the skills module to search and keep our employees certified. HR for CRM 2011 is a very user-friendly solution and I love the UI in CRM 2011. Our HR department can stay and work in Outlook and that is big benefit.

Nothing at this moment.

The price is also great, you can buy HR for CRM 2011 for only 15 USD per user per month! And you need only licenses for your HR staff.
