Pros: The catalog is very easy to use. We are able to update information easily as well as add new information.
Cons: Have not found anything that I do not like about the catalog..
Additional Comments: Working with Visual App's staff was a great experience. Their knowledge and support is great. I highly recommend Visual App.

Pros: The catalog is a very straight forward application. Not only easy to use but easy to teach to others for maintenance. Products can easily be manipulated, as can categories and manufacturers. Great for a distributor carrying multiple lines.
Cons: The admin panel was a little clunky until the recent upgrade. Now it works great and is easily understood.
Additional Comments: Visual App's greatest strength is its people. The product is great but without the very knowledgeable folks and their willingness to work with you...the experience would be less than it is. Highly recommend.
