Pros: CCE is easy to use and was easy to train our reps. Installation was a bit painful at first, but it has proven to be a reliable and capable product.
Cons: It should show match/no match for Zip Code, Address, and CVV. I would give it 5 stars if it could do this.
Additional Comments: The product is very stable and tech support continues to be responsive to any issues if they arise. The documentation is adequate.
