- I’d encourage you to give CWR a try. Their iPhone and iPad apps for CRM are outstanding. And their Windows Phone 7 app and its UI are excellent. The architecture of their product is rock-solid with a wealth of administrative functionality to protect data, create custom mobile profiles, assign users multiple profiles (for their multiple devices), and remotely wipe device data. You can even add custom navigation to the mobile apps as well. They have separate apps for the iPad and iPhone, not just a big iPhone one for the iPad. The BlackBerry app is also outstanding.

- Easy to use and easy to implement and roll-out, this tool have been a huge help for my users and the organization, and it is multiplatform.

- This is a company that never says no! if you need something they will respond quickly and solve your challanges, i have been working with them since the early beta for CRM 4.0 and they have never disapointed me.

- Easy to deploy, configurable and roll out quickly to sales team and works with CRM infrastructure.
- Cons
- Limited options to customize the platform and support for customer base where number fo records are large.

- Any CRM adoption and roll-out is difficult, CWR mobile platform provides a significant solution for the sales force. Without the CWR Mobile platform the adoption would be very difficult.

- Pros
- Easy to install and implement. Integrates well with the main CRM. Our Sales Team have a range of IT experience and we were able to get them to adopt this without too much trouble. Some of the Sales Team use the mobile version of CRM in preference to the full version.
Customisation of forms and views is straightforward and follows the standard CRM screens.
A great product for a mobile Sales force

- Unfortunately doesn't support some of the Campaign functionality such as converting a Campaign call into a response.

- The initialization of the user database.
It could be interesting to have the option to setup the users database full initialized with the solution on the device.

- Fast and easy Server deployment, intuitive setup of profiles consistent with the Microsoft Dynamics CRM software itself. Similar graphics, layout, customizations, etc.
- Cons
- Cancelling a sync sometimes causes the app to stall.

- Pros
- I have deployed this tool to our entire sales force. Everyone found the tool useful and easy to learn. The ability of the software to quickly capture meeting notes and sync them with CRM is key to the way our sales force works.
- Cons
- It would be nice to more easily copy custom configurations from profile to profile. But this is only an issue because the software let me make so many excellent customizations, so in a way it is a compliment.
- Additional Comments
- Very good customer service and excellent turn around on bug fixes.
