Application Description
DeltaBahn GETit! is a Microsoft Project and SharePoint Online based solution that provides collaborative-based project estimation and planning.
GETit! allows Project Managers and Estimators to build better project plans. Competitive bidding is also supported.
Features and Benefits:
- Assign estimators to project tasks in a draft plan – improve communications and collaboration
- Estimators see their requested estimates across all projects – improve workload visibility and streamline estimation processes
- Estimators provide estimated start and finish dates and estimated work – improve the collection of estimates
- Project manager analyzes impact to the draft plan and selectively updates plan with estimates – PMs make informed decisions
- Discussions, document attachments, calling, texting and emailing are available and inline to estimates during estimation process – Improve communications and collaboration and document the estimate ‘negotiation’
- Produces agreed upon baseline and a “ready to execute” project – Collaborate and accelerate the estimation process and build better plans
- Extensible – Easily incorporate workflows, analysis, document routing
