- Pros
- Makes it really easy to incorporate of advanced document management features into business processes. Concurrent authoring is nice, but really liked being able to see version history for each section of a document and being able to apply different permissions to different document sections. Made SharePoint much more useful when people outside of our organization needed to contribute to our documents.
- Cons
- Not much to complain about.
- Additional Comments
- Wish SharePoint could do this out of the box.
