Datamills works, but has a questionable license plan

product works great
Cons
Some of our sites did not install the software within 90 days and they wanted us to purchase a new license. After implementation, one of our sites experienced a new license issue that EdgeSafe refused to help with unless we purchased a maintenance agreement. We resolved the issue after reverting to the previous version of the product.

Unless license / maintenance agreement terms improve in the future, we would not recommend this product

PST2PST Excellent Solution for Outlook Backup

Pros
The possibility to backup Outlook pst files without close it and the feature to do only incremental backup
Cons
For IT is sometimes necessary that the user does not know that we are backing up your mail, but this software alerts the user when it can not open the PST.
