Pros
We used DocuSign for Salesforce in the past and since switching to use CRM 2011 (also with DocuSign) and this solution we have seen much greater end-user adoption. It is a very powerful integration that is easy to use. What took 5 steps in Salesforce takes 1 or 2 with CRM and CompuSight eSignature.

Pros
Overall, I think this is an excellent program. I love how it is linked up to all of the data in CRM and it prepopulates contracts.
Cons
Support for more languages would be nice for our overseas employees.

No more printing and mailing contracts and forms. And no retyping either.
