- Pros
- I've been dealing with paper service tickets for a long time. It is great having our engineers receive and enter all of their work information on their mobile device. Now we can see what is going on in the field, and be proactive!
- Cons
- We really wanted more device options to chose from and Hitachi listened. Their current mobile offering allows us to chose different mobile platforms.

- Pros
- Hitachi Solutions' field service is a great application for field technicians on the go, we have worked on their mobile platform and our technician's productivity was improved dramatically.
would definitely recommend the solution for service organizations
