- Pros
- It does work with Lync for Office 365. This can't be denied.
- Cons
- It is quite expensive per minute, but that is okay they are providing a service. What is not okay is the massive lack of competent customer support. Say the word office 365 to them and you can hear the absolute lack of understanding as they fumble through a script. Expect 0 help getting this setup.
- Additional Comments
- HIDDEN FEES. As an example I had setup a brief test conference, I was billed 4 minutes for voice charges and 35$ FOR A POST CONFERENCE EMAIL!?!. They are shameless.

- Pros
- It was very easy to set up. I have a vanity domain and had previously set up all my DNS settings according to Microsoft's documentation. Intercall worked right away. I registered for the $0.10/minute/user plan online (could get a little pricy), got the email, entered the settings and everything worked. When I start the meeting with Lync, I can use my integrated computer audio without having to dial into the conferce line with a seperate phone just to enter the leader pin which is really nice.
- Cons
- The cost can get a little high. I don't need the audio conferencing enough to justify a monthly subscription. However, if I get to hour long phone call a month with 4-6 people it the cost can add up very quickly. I just got the service today so I haven't given it a good test yet, but with the setup and short test no other real technical complains.
- Additional Comments
- This could belong under what I didn't like, but the support at InterCall isn't real familiar with the Office 365 integration. I called the support line before signing up hoping to get my questions met and the support staff said they "are still in learning and training on the integration" and I wasn't able to get any of my questions answered. So I just took the plunge and signed up for the pay-per-use plan figuring if I only used it once for a few minutes in a test I would be out less than a dollar :). Better support/responsiveness from support would definitely be a plus in my experience.

- Pros
- We are using InterCall audio with our Lync Online accounts and the audio integration works great with call back to those who wish to join from their phone and in call control. My favorite though is the iPad app, I can join a meeting from my iPad and it automatically calls my cell phone.
- Cons
- We did run into an issue in the begining because we used a vanity domain and apparently did not make all the correct changes with our DNS provider. Once that was complete however all worked well.
- Additional Comments
- Very happy with the service and plan to roll out to more users.
