Application Description

KI Systems Numbering Tool 2007 simplifies the process of configuring and applying numbering schemes in any Microsoft Word document.  Our tool takes advantage of unique application features, such as the "Style Separator", and makes numbering business, litigation, and transactional documents a snap.
 
The Numbering Tool 2007 includes a series of pre-defined Public numbering schemes that can be used "out-of-the-box" or customized to meet the unique needs of the Firm or Department specifications.
 
The Numbering Tool 2007 provides the user with the ability to create, maintain, and share their own Private Schemes. The Numbering Tool features are accessed via the Ribbon, making it easy to apply, modify, and customize document settings. 
 
With a few simple clicks, the user can change font and paragraph formatting, text and numbering settings, paragraph indentures, and much more. The Numbering Tool also includes features that easily generate a Table of Contents without the need to manually mark text.
 
The Numbering Tool 2007 is available in either the Standard or an Enterprise Version based on the needs of the your organization.  The Enterprise version stores both Public and Private Scheme data in our SQL Server database back-end.
