- Love the product.. The Savision Team has put together a great way to visualize your SCOM environment.. The team couldn't be easier to work with and will bend over backwards to help where they can.

- Pros
- Must have add-on for every SCOM implementation! Over time, we have created many Live Maps dashboards for specific audiences: Technical Specialists, Service Managers and MT. Your own creativity is the only limit.
Create Distributed Applications in SCOM for your services and look at them via (nested) Live Maps dashboards.
The Live Maps webconsole has now multi-browser support, so managers are very keen on checking the ICT services status on their tablets.
- Cons
- I would like to see more informational colums when Adding Classes or Searching for Objects in the Live Maps Authoring Console. Finding the right object can be cumbersome at times.
- Additional Comments
- I guess seeing the product in action will convince any potentional customer.

- Love the ability to create any map type, roll it up, and then report SLAs based on just the map.

- 1) Ease of deployment
2) Nice single view of all objects for distributed applications
- Cons
- A little slow to load when viewing via the web page
- Additional Comments
- Easy in install and setup. No more guessing where the problem is. Everything for that object is in a single view.
