Pros: The Pareto Platform CRM has been incredibly well thought out in terms of functionality for financial advisors. The ability to automate service matrix reminders for client appointments, service calls and other items is excellent. This program is incredibly robust and whenever I have a question, Pareto staff were friendly, knowledgeable and quick to assist.
Cons: Like anything new there is a learning curve and at the beginning there was a couple hiccups integrating with my version of Outlook (2007) but issues were resolved quickly and the answer to any question I had was always just a phone call away. They really do have outstanding customer service.

Pros: I had recently decided to implement Pareto Platform after many years of struggling with ACT and have not regretted it. This program is capable of automating my business in a way ACT never could. Their support team is quite helpful and my overall experience thus far has been exceptional.
Cons: I did experience some slow performance issues at first, but it turns out that my wireless had been the culprit.
