Extensive IT Asset Management in Microsoft System Center Service Manager

- Pros
- Large number of functions regarding the IT Asset Management like contract management (warranty, maintenance, support, leasing ...), hierarchical structure of enterprise (cost centers, location, organization, ...), software license management (SKUs, bought licenses, ...), financial information and many more. Another great feature is the seamless integration in Microsoft System Center Service Manager 2010 like linking the it asset information in incident tickets or change requests.
