Pros

Fulfills all our requirements of:  Ability to store passwords centrally  The solution should be able store all types of passwords (routers, Switches, files, Servers, service accounts etc)  Delegated access of certain passwords only to certain people  Integration with Active Directory preferred  The solution should not prompt for a Schema Change in AD  Accessible over the Web (using a Browser)  Ability to be replicated to the DR Site  Hierarchical access to ensure Management can access all passwords if needed  Easy to maintain and install  Ability to Audit the system for password access, delegation etc  Industry standard backend database where data is stored in encrypted form  The solution should be able to support role based delegation  Two key authentication to the password store would be an added advantage

Cons

The Web interface is good but a drag and drop UI would be fantastic :o)
