- Pros
- I work for TAFE NSW South Western Sydney Institute and we have implemented SMOP for staff to reset their passwords. It is a great product and it has reduced the time our helpdesk spends resetting passwords. As lot's of staff after the holiday periods come back to work and have forgotten their passwords needing a password reset. I would recommend SMOP to other enterprises, corporations or governement who would like a seamless solution for users to reset or unlock their accounts.

- Pros
- The SMOP product is a great addition to providing support to off-site users. Before use, help desk would receive around 10 calls per day from a staff of 300 asking for password reset. With SMOP this is down to 1 call/day. Over half of the company has enrolled voluntarily. The product deploys on IIS 6 relatively easy and works well with hostheaders/SSL/redirect. The admin tool is also easy to use and set up. SMOP is not completely locked and so with a little bit of effort from our in-house web designers additional text and images can be inserted to customize and personalize.
- Cons
- It would be nice to have a little extra in the admin area to customize the user's experience as a non-web designer.
