- Pros
- At first, convincing stakeholders to adopt a new technology and workflow within our organization was an uphill battle. Once our management team was able to view the views and webinars offered by EPMLive the SharePoint Project Management solution offered in their WorkEngine product was a no-brainer.
In the past, we have had significant challenges managing tasks, there was concern that adopting SharePoint may not be the right strategic decision. WorkEngine resolved those concerns and we remain confident that our projects are being managed with metrics that we can trust as benchmarks to deliver our software projects on time and within budget.
