- Pros
- In using the Skype Dialer for Microsoft Dynamics CRM, I received excellent support in a timely manner. Skype dialer has worked far better for me through the CRM than from a regular download on my notebook.
- Cons
- I have no issues with Skype dialer for Microsoft Dynamics CRM at this time.
