Application Description
SP IT Support Template is a simple, yet full featured SharePoint Application Template for automation of IT department processes leveraging SharePoint and Office 365 SharePoint Online. The template is targeted at small to medium IT departments and includes:
- full help desk
- change management
- IT asset tracking
- staff scheduling
- track documents
- service appointments
- and other features.
Unlike the other templates, SP IT Support Template allows for 100% customization (adding columns, views etc.) by SharePoint business power users. It is built to run on SharePoint Foundation (and Server), Office 365 SharePoint Online.
