- Pros
- We love that it has role based forms and navigation. So we can present a simple help desk ticket form for users in their MY IT Support Portal, and our staff gets the full ticket view to assign, work on etc. Also we like the fact that end-users can submit tickets through email. Also like the asset tracking features.
- Cons
- Dashboard was slow to load, but not terrible.
- Additional Comments
- We linked the IT Support template to SCCM to automate desktop admin alerts and work.
