Great product for IT Help Desk for Small to Medium size businesses

Pros
Product meets needs for most IT help desks and its easily customized. Role based menus provide great menus tailored by user type.

Template allow us to quickly develop a support function as part of our broader solution. It has met our clients requirements and was easily integrated.

Asset tracker in the plus version made life easy

Pros
We love that it has role based forms and navigation. So we can present a simple help desk ticket form for users in their MY IT Support Portal, and our staff gets the full ticket view to assign, work on etc. Also we like the fact that end-users can submit tickets through email. Also like the asset tracking features.
Cons
Dashboard was slow to load, but not terrible.

We linked the IT Support template to SCCM to automate desktop admin alerts and work.
