Pros
We have been clients of BEI since 1995, which says it all. Their customer service is excellent. Technicians are usually very knowledgeable and friendly, and don't leave until the job is done. They have handled the technology portion of 3 office relocations, and have always done a great job. The have very little technician turnover which makes service calls more efficient. I highly recommend BEI for tech support.
Cons
Occasionally (and I mean VERY occasionally) there is a scheduling problem...but I think this is because they are a small, privately owned company without a large corporate backer, and the don't have extra technicians sitting around waiting for service calls.

Pros
Responsiveness and service are great. They are very persistent with any issues that we present to them. The executive, Mike Jennings, serves as an outsourced CIO/CTO. The company is a trusted adviser to our company. I would recommend them to any business.

Pros
Their responsiveness and levels of customer service. Very thorough in their approach. Expertise levels are very high. When asked to take care of a problem or implement a project, these attributes serve them and their customers well. we are very satisfied.
Cons
Everything about BEI is good. As one can see from the ratings, there is nothing not to like.

Pros
As a long time client of BEI I am continually satisfied with their level of service and professionalism. Whether I'm embarking on a major upgrade or just looking to bounce an idea of one of their technicians I've yet to be disappointed.
Cons
If I was to comment on anything it would be that I have experienced some delays with my issues being addressed by BEI. I'm certain this has more to do with the amount of work BEI takes on and by no means have they dropped the ball once an issue has been assigned.

Pros
BEI's corporate culture is based on excellent service and total customer satisfaction. This starts at the executive level and goes down the management line and out in the field. If you are tired of all the excuses and reasons why your IT company can't/won't support you and your operation, take the time to learn how a Real IT company takes care of it's clients.
Cons
There reaaly isn't anything I don't like about this company.

The staff members are extremely well qualified, technically superior and results oriented.
