Pros
I am writing to share with you the very positive impact Fieldpoint Alert has on the delivery of services to our clients and thus the profitability of our company. The flexibility of the product allows us to do simple things like customize screen layouts, as well as, meets highly customized requirements for each of our clients. Fieldpoint has demonstrated an ongoing commitment to the development of new features. All in all, Fieldpoint has been a very good partner for well over 7 years. If you are considering automating your field service or support organization, I highly recommend you consider Alert.

Fieldpoint support staff have proven to be true business partners. They work hard to understand our needs and provide direction or customization. The new 'Yammer' account and monthly webinars deliver a wealth of information in a quick, easy to understand format. For us, a direct result of investing a few minutes of our time in using these two resources has been the implementation of email templates and improving how we track subscription managed services offerings. Both of which mean more money to our bottom line.

Pros
If you are a service organization that has mobile personnel, Alert is a solution that should be strongly considered.
