Pros
Inviso helped me identify discrepancies in our Microsoft licenses. I was very pleased with their professionalism, quick responses to questions, and the reports I was given at the end of the project.
Cons
I have nothing negative to comment on. The entire experience was professional.

Pros
The consultant we work with (Chris Johnson) was very professional, knowledgeable, responsive, and a pleasure to work with. He understood that while this was an exercise that was important and Microsoft had assigned a loose deadline, it was outside of our organization's core deliverables and our internal resources had to balance the SAM Assessment with our day to day tasks and projects. He was respectful of our time, while ensuring the assessment was completed in a timely manner and his primary client (Microsoft) was also satisfied.
Cons
No negative comments, or areas for improvement to note.
Additional Comments
I would not hesitate to engage Inviso directly for future projects related to Microsoft products.

Pros
Inviso (in particular Neil Taisey) was very professional and had a deep understanding of the Microsoft licensing agreements. Neil led us through a Microsoft licensing assessment to help us determine our effective licensing position. Through this process we were better able to understand some of the Microsoft licensing intricacies. Neil was always available to us and was very prompt in answering any questions that we had.
Cons
There is no particular area in which I could provide a suggestion for improvement.

Inviso's (Neil) knowledge of Microsoft licensing was a key to the success of this engagement.

SCCM 2007 Review and Reconfiguration

Pros
Inviso, and in particular Jarrod Kovarik, were had not a We Can" but a "WE WILL" attitude. Everything promised was delivered.
Cons
The quantity of the time available was understandably limited given the scope of the project. However it definitely did not distract from the quality of service.
Additional Comments
Inviso's "WE WILL" attitude was proven when the Jarrod traveled half way around the world on vacation and still made adjustments to provide weekly support calls. Given the time differences and the sacrifice of personal time, I commend Jarrod for his effort and professionalism.
