Pros
I was most impressed with the assistance I received from Arthur Kaiser yesterday and today. I called asking to create a shared file between the three centers. He took notes of the request, asked pertinent questions, and then implemented it immediately. He was responsive to let me know when it had been completed and then took the initiative to get the other individuals set up. I was very grateful for his prompt assistance, knowledge and follow-through. Just thought I would send you a note to let you know what a great job he did!

SharePoint Managed Services

Pros
We currently use SharePoint and were looking for someone to take on our ongoing service needs when we moved to O365 more specifically SharePoint online. Not only was Managed Solution able to build customized workflow solutions within the product they we're also able to give user support from their remote helpdesk. All of their engineers were well versed in SharePoint and when it came to projects we were assigned engineers who understood our organizations needs.

Everything is great.

Awesome O365 support

Pros
I recently discovered that my (Non-Permanently) deleted emails are not being archived and somewhere along the way have been permanently deleted. I have never lost email till our move to Office 365. However, reached out to Managed Solution and had them take a look, within minutes I was able to locate the lost email, great work guys!

50% cost savings on operational costs

Moving into the cloud allowed us to cut IT operational costs by 50% while increasing uptime as well.

Pros
They have some of the highest level of engineer that we've worked with. They are good both in presales and delivery of new technology from Microsoft.
Cons
Nothing, everything was great.
