- Pros
- The team took the time to learn about our project requirements, they understood what the demands where, provided us with a deelp level technical understanding of SharePoint 2010, it's architecture and how the project could meet the requirements presented. They were flexible with the project team, worked to bringing in some of the scope changes that were unexpected and delivered to the original schedule.
- Cons
- They could have done a better on their estimation of how long the migration tasks was going to take. On the other hand, many of the task were scoped correctly and seeing the complexity of our project the error in some of the estimations where acceptable.
- Additional Comments
- Overall, Attunix provided us with a great team to work with, they were flexible with our demands and met a very tight schedules. We were very impress with what they delivered as a final product.
