Pros: CDW has worked with our group on several large projects. We've had a very positive experience using their Professional Services group during our upgrade to Office 365 and Active Directory implementation. We were able to complete the projects on time and under budget. Customer service is also very responsive. We continue to receive very competitive pricing over the past few years as a CDW customer.
Cons: I do not have any negatives to report.

Pros: Their sales people were very responsive. I didn't have any problems in getting or receiving quotes about the work. Their pricing was competitive and below others I got quotes from.
Cons: The engineer they sent out spent far too long on the phone with other people, I think getting answers to questions. One time he said he would be there and didn't show and I naver got a reason. The project took about 3 weeks longer than I thought and I never got documentation on the work completed.
Additional Comments: They were the cheapest and eventually did what they said, but it wasn't what I had been told.

Pros: CDW is a great company to partner with in understanding what your organization needs to purchase and the most economical way to purchase it.
