- Calling them 3 times, navigated on their phone menu, it is impossible to buy something there if you don`t already have a contact.

- CompuCom's vision for customer delivery and effectiveness is unmatched. they were able to find my issues and everything i wanted to deliver, then they provided a roadmap on how we can achieve that with their help to improve my business.

- Cons
- Impossible to reach a live person unless you alraady have a name. The only answer their phones with a computer. Additionally some of their local offices listed have disconnected phones. Want to order 25 copies of Office Pro 2010 but could not reach anyone to discuss. Only could leave messages. Will take my business somewhere else.
