Pros
Intertech worked with our developers to develop a custom class which covered areas which were new to the industry at the time. The Intertech staff was very knowledgeable about the topics and exposed the developers to the areas that were needed. I felt the learning experience was beneficial to all the developers.
Cons
I do not have a negative comments for the company.
Additional Comments
As the need arises we will defiantly rely on Intertech in the future for our training needs again. The company has also started some innovative way to get training to users night classes and online. I have not participated but I would anticipate these would be very good.

Pros
The development consultants from InterTech have been very knowledgeable and resourceful. The ability to pull expertise from several different technical areas is a valuable asset when working with them on a large development project. We found the staff professional, organized and ready to jump in and get the project completed.
Cons
The experience was very good and didn't have any complaints.

We would definitely work with them again.

Intertech TFS engagement

Pros
The TFS consultant was very knowledgeable and experienced in deploying, configuring and documenting our installation. He guided us through the best practices and procedures to get TFS up and running. Since we have a small shop he was able to advise us on how to use TFS on a daily basis. The default documentation from Microsoft is geared more towards larger shops so his advice was useful.
Cons
Overall it was a good experience, TFS is such a large and cumbersome product so the consultant did his best to help us understand the product.

InterTech TFS Engagement

Pros
I liked their collaborative approach to the project. Besides installing and configuring TFS they worked with our team in order to train them on the new TFS system we installed.
Cons
TFS is such a large system. I would have preferred a more detailed SOW spelling out the level of configuration and training for each part of TFS that were in scope for the engagement.
