- Pros
- Inviso (in particular Neil Taisey) was very professional and had a deep understanding of the Microsoft licensing agreements. Neil led us through a Microsoft licensing assessment to help us determine our effective licensing position. Through this process we were better able to understand some of the Microsoft licensing intricacies. Neil was always available to us and was very prompt in answering any questions that we had.

- There is no particular area in which I could provide a suggestion for improvement.

SCCM 2007 Review and Reconfiguration

- Pros
- Inviso, and in particular Jarrod Kovarik, were had not a We Can" but a "WE WILL" attitude. Everything promised was delivered.
- Cons
- The quantity of the time available was understandably limited given the scope of the project. However it definitely did not distract from the quality of service.
- Additional Comments
- Inviso's "WE WILL" attitude was proven when the Jarrod traveled half way around the world on vacation and still made adjustments to provide weekly support calls. Given the time differences and the sacrifice of personal time, I commend Jarrod for his effort and professionalism.
