Pros
Engaged Lighthouse in a moments notice and they migrated us in less than a week. Very satisfied.

Pros
Quick responsiveness for our mission critical appliactions.
Cons
Have never had an issue and have not looked at other consultants.
Additional Comments
Lighthouse is a local Greenwich Consulting firm that has serviced our needs for over 5 years. Louis has been our primary consultant but when he is on vacation or otherwise unavailable other members of the firm up to and including its President respond to our needs. While some of the services are supplied remotely through a help desk that responds 24*7, we have called at 6 am on Saturday, many of the services are supplied in person. Within the last year Lighthouse handled the migration to a new server and 7 workstations including moving our backup to the cloud vs tape. They have interfaced with our other IT personnel from a firm in Atlanta that provides software unique to the paratransit industry.

Pros
We have used Lighthouse Technology Partners for more than 8 years and have always been pleased with their work. When I call with questions I either get a live person or leave a message and get a very quick call back. Their people are very courteous and highly knowledgeable in all areas of infrastructure and operation. During a recent server migration they provided excellent deployment assistance to keep our operation running 100%.

Pros
We were transitioning from a local Exchange server to the cloud. Lighthouse Technology helped with that migration. They helped with all aspects including deployment assistance, troubleshooting, follow up, on-site training and setup. We could never have transitioned to the cloud without their help.
Cons
There was nothing in our experience that we didn't like. There were certainly parts of the transition that were rocky, but to the credit of the Lighthouse staff, it was relatively painless for us. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

Successful Office 365 Migration

Pros
Lighthouse has taken ownership of a core communications function in our environment. They have represented themselves with high level of professionalism. During the migration to Office 365 Lighthouse was very informative on the progress of getting our services over to the cloud. In addition Lighthouse documented the IT function so that going forward we could provide a first level support internally before having to reach out to either Lighthouse or Microsoft.
Cons
We have not experienced any problems.
