- Pros
- The only good thing that i can say is that they responded to my emails and phone cals quickly.
- Cons
- I try to stay positive and will beleive a postive review over a negative one anyday. This is just my warning to anyoe who plans to do business with this comany. The customer service was extremely unhelpful and borderline rude. I was trying to give them business but was made to feel like a nuisance for asking questions. Needless to say our company will never buy products from PC Mall. I was offered no help and when asking questions was refered to the manufacturer and told if the wrong product is ordered we will not be refunded. I understand not refunding for software, but there could at least be some assistance in making the right choice to avoid that situation.
