- We are a small, fast-paced organization. ZAG has been our IT partner for over three years. They meet all of our needs promptly and professionally. I appreciate their technical expertise and their prompt follow through with our requests. They make it a point of understanding our business operations in order to serve us well. Their customer service is excellent.

- The team at ZAG provides both exception technical expertise and the highest quality customer service. The client management and project management staff work to provide guidance so that both business and project objectives are met. Their technical staff is punctual, responsive, and they work well with staff of all levels of technical skill. They are engaging and operated like an extension of our own company.

- Thanks to the ZAG team we've had no issues with the network end of our business! In our line of business we work with many IT professionals in the industry, however when it comes to maintaining our own network and referring clients, we choose ZAG! We've worked with ZAG for over 13 years and can say without a doubt that everyone at this company provides excellent, reliable and prompt service in maintaining and enhancing all of our computer and networking systems. I highly recommend ZAG for your computer needs…and have done so with our clients in need of network support, business colleagues and other associates.

- I found zag through pinpoint. It was a great find. they were able to quickly migrate me onto Microsoft Exchange Online. They did it very quickly and it worked extremely well. Saved me from a major catastrophe.

- They are a wonderful company that services us well. They don't oversell their own capabilities. Their team is very strong in SQL and SharePoint. We did wonderful work with OCS also.

- They didn't demo OCS very well. They need to get the ability to do demos better. OCS is something I didn't get until I used it. OCS is a great capability we have given our users.

4am coverage is wonderful

- Having coverage at 4 in the morning is unheard of. The coverage is US based! That means a lot. They also cover with Spanish speaking engineers if needed. This is unmatched service as far as I know.

- Wish it was 24 hours a day. They offer that, but it is on a pager for after hours. They call back quickly (under 10 minutes generally), so it isn't too bad.

- The engineers at zag are great. They get the job done for us. If there is an issue, they work through it. They know what makes our business tick and do right by us.

- They aren't the flashiest of guys. Other companies we've worked with have been more of a cult of personality type. Zag just does what they say they are going to do and don't get all excited. IT's like they've been there before. I guess that isn't really a negative. Sorry.

- We have been using ZAG for over 10 years now. They are wonderful. We started back in the day using them to support our Citrix environment. They have continued to grow and meet our needs. They have an excellent help desk that is available any time. They also have engineers that are better than any others we have tried. I very much refer ZAG to anyone that requests a recommendation.
