Our approach to Office 365 is helping clients understand not only the financial and operational benefits but how to leverage Office 365 to expand and improve collaboration and communications. We aggressively market OCO/Lync Online to immediately improve internal communications. We are also creatively using SharePoint Online to develop solutions to clients’ challenges without building infrastructure on-site and allowing access anytime anywhere.
One of the challenges in implementing SharePoint Online is file migration. CorpInfo developed a File Migration tool to migrate folders and files and address problems with special characters. We also creatively configured OnePlaceMail to create a solution to drag and drop Exchange emails with header, body, and attachments into SharePoint Online in a way that catalogues them and ensures searchability.
