Microsoft Lync 2010/2013 End User Training
Maximize the return on your Lync investment with end user training. Whether Lync is the first unified communication tool in your organization or you’re upgrading to Lync 2013, training is critical to user adoption. PEI now offers customized Lync training in a variety of formats to suit your needs.
Our common training tracks can be mixed and matched and sessions can be presented in a hands on environment, if available, or demo style.
This training covers the Lync client and the user interface. We start with the basics so users can get comfortable moving throughout the program. We suggest pairing the Essentials training with Conferencing and Mobility sessions.
Lync Conferencing and Mobility
Conferencing and mobility training is for users who will be using the meeting functions offered by Lync. We cover how to set up online meetings, how to join meetings, and the sharing environment. During the training session we also demonstrate the Lync mobile application, which is available for iPhone, Droid and Windows Phones.
Lync 2013 Highlights
This option is ideal for companies who are upgrading from Lync 2010 to Lync 2013. Our trainer will highlight the differences between the two clients and new features. This training is recommended for users who have experience with Lync.
The Lync Jumpstart is a demo style presentation of everything Lync has to offer. It gives users a chance to see Lync in action and ask questions. The class is fast-paced, but users walk away with a foundation of Lync knowledge that they can build on as they work with Lync.
Your Lync training program can be customized to fit your needs. Let us help map out the best tracks for your users.
