Pros
Our representative and technician took a great deal of time explaining the process and how each step of the process would (or would not) impact our business in every way all the way down to the user level. Users were prepared with their login information, set up instructions and so on, with plenty of advanced notice. They were able to schedule their workloads around the transition from our old service to Office 365. The migration went exactly as the technician had explained. All of our company and individual user accounts transferred over seamlessly. I am very happy with the service that was provided by this service oriented and technically experienced team.
Cons
Not one thing.

Pros
Eastridge Technology did an outstanding job with the planning and implementation of O365 for the Z Smith Reynolds Foundation. We initially implemented Outlook which allows our staff to connect anywhere. The transition period was short and the entire staff loves the mobility of the system. Eastridge Technology also helped implement a Foundation intranet site utilizing SharePoint. The application is a great repository for all Foundation documents. The site is now being used by the staff and our board of trustees. Sharing documents is a breeze. The workflow technology within SharePoint allowed the Foundation to streamline many of its grant making activities.
Cons
We did not encounter any problems with the transition to O365.

Great Experience with Eastridge Technologies

Pros
The best part of the Office 365 Planning/migration/Customization is the fact that it was handled quickly, and met all of our needs. Even for a rather small customer, we received the service that I'd expect as a large corporate customer. Should we have any further needs, Travis will be getting the call to assist.
Cons
The only thing that I didn't like about the process was trying to find a vendor. I was very lucky to come across Eastridge Technologies, because if I didn't, I doubt I'd be writing with as much praise based on a few of the calls back that I got a few days after we had already been up and running.
Additional Comments
If enyone is looking for a group that is going to do everything that's needed to get them set up and running both quickly and effortlessly, give Eastridge a Call. No, I don't work for them, and I'm not sure if this will track my contact information, but I will check for comments and be glad to be in touch with anyone that has questions about my experience.
