Pros
We recently transitioned onto Managed IT Services for PEI; we found the transition process from our previous provider to PEI to be quite painless. We experienced no disruption in service and we have greater visibiliy into out server and network architecture.

Pros
Great help desk support, responding in timely manner. CMC also is working great for us. We defiantly recommend both services.
Cons
so far we have not find what we do not like.

For over 25 years of support they always been there of us, they are great, dependable, knowledge and exploring new technologies to improve and meet our needs.

Pros
Good folks to work with. Do what they say they will do, and very capable.
Cons
Nothing to dislike, though the reports are a bit obtuse for non-tech folks.
Additional Comments
As I mentioned above: "Good folks to work with." All the people at PEI have been pleasant and willing to go the extra mile to meet their customers' needs. Moreover, they seem to be exceptionally knowledgeable.

Pros
Comprehensive, proactive service that provides peace of mind as well as actual increased security and up-time.
Cons
Not enough experience with CMC to comment.
