CorpInfo undestands the vast cost savings companies can achieve by using video conferencing with Lync. Because we have done multiple video conferencing projects recently, clients place their trust in us for any and all of their video conferencing needs. One of the more recent Lync projects we have completed is when we designed and deployed a rich video conferencing solution for an organization with members throughout Southern California.
The solution supports 3 locations and has the capacity to scale to additional locations as required. The client experienced significant travel costs and loss in productivity due to long travel times and traffic delays. Meetings had to be scheduled with significant advanced notice to allow for participants to clear and entire day to devote to the meeting and the required commute.
So we created a flexible videoconferencing solution that allows for rich participant interaction from any location. Participants could attend a location multiparty videoconference at a location near them, or join from their individual computer with audio and video capability, or via their own cellphone if need be.
CorpInfo chose Microsoft Lync for the technology due to its low cost, low maintenance, integration with the current infrastructure, and flexible devices support. CorpInfo’s strong technical capability and project management expertise ensured that the project was completed on-time and within budget with a fully functional setup. CorpInfo provided training and documentation to help the client setup and initiate a meeting with just a few clicks. The setup was also designed to scale up to multiple locations in the future on demand.
