CorpInfo developed a venue management, booking, and resource management solution. A customized Web Part was designed to provide master calendaring with color-coded consolidated views of activities from over 21 site calendars. Automated workflow coordinates the delivery of resources. Meeting workspaces allow collaborative event planning.

A “presentation generator” was developed that allows users to initiate, manage, and compile presentations. The authorized user submits a form with the presentation requirements. Contributors receive automatic notification of the requirements. A dashboard provides status updates and allows reminders and correspondence to be sent. Individual contributions are automatically compiled into one master presentation that can be further organized and modified.

Secured, indexed repositories maintain historical records and allow reuse of information. Supporting documentation, discussions, and meeting minutes are included within the repositories.

The solution also included a corporate organization chart that is automatically updated by directory services changes and advanced enterprise search to rapidly and find the right information, people, and content.
