Pros
Reed Wilson and his team at PTG made this a painless process. My setup is rather complicated which was the only reason that the deployment time took longer - not a problem with the service. I've been extremely pleased with the O365 functionality. Only wish I had migrated earlier!
Cons
It did take some time for my files to upload to O365 then to be available live on my laptop and devices - but I'm not sure if that's fixable. Since it was prior to tax season when the migration was done for me, I sat and worked on my paper tax forms while they worked - so it was fine.
