Using ASP.NET, Infusion constructs and implements the Human Resources Compensation Management System (HRCMS) to facilitate the calculation of total compensation against approved budgets, and aid the managers’ compensation decisions and approvals for each employee, while tracking and auditing the entire process.
The HRCMS is designed to calculate compensation and manage the approval process of the year-end appraisal cycle. The solution guarantees an auditable, accurate way to assign and analyze the year-end compensation decisions. In addition to the ability to report on decisions, approvals, and other metrics, the system is implemented as to be flexible and scalable for the company's future growth.
The HRCMS allows managers to securely enter the performance rating of their direct reports in a multi-level two-tier approval process. HR compensation specialists have the ability to administer and control the system through variables, plans and their equations, budgets, eligibility, and user access.
