Microsoft offers customers with Software Assurance a pre-paid service delivered by Microsoft partners such as Infusion. This service offers customers free consultancy days with Infusion specialists to develop a customized deployment plan for the technology sought. Deployment Planning Services engagements, available in 1, 3, 5, 10 or 15 days increments, are offered to Microsoft customers based on their individual Software Assurance benefit level.
