The Microsoft Application Virtualization (MAV) Pilot engagement helps establish a clear understanding of how MAV virtualizes applications and then provisions those applications as an on-demand service.

This engagement educates clients on the technology used in Microsoft Application Virtualization and provides best practices for sequencing, managing, and provisioning applications.The engagement produces an overall design and detailed configuration which are captured in a technical design document. This document serves as the basis for the build and test of the pilot.

The Microsoft Application Virtualization Pilot will provide the client with a group of 25 users to whom sequenced application can be provisioned. This engagement will be a springboard for a full production implementation of Microsoft Application Virtualization.
